    Who We Are

From broken boilers to sidewalk replacements, buildings always need repairs. And whether you operate a 5 unit building or a 5 million sq. ft. portfolio, you deserve easy access to the full market of qualified vendors. That is what Astorian delivers with the click of a button.

Whether you’re working with vendors you know and love or looking for new contractors, Astorian makes it easy to find and communicate with qualified professionals and to compare the bids you get back. Over 800 buildings trust Astorian to deliver the results that matter — savings in time and money on every building repair.

    What We Do

Our vision is simple – buildings always need repairs and managers and owners should have clear and complete visibility into all of their options at the click of a button. Astorian delivers that and much more.

On Astorian, buildings can post their projects and control who’s bidding – receive bids from a closed group of your few favorite vendors, or tap into the wider market through the 20,000 licensed vendors in our community. Every bid you receive is structured consistently so you can compare them apples-to-apples and waste no time deciding.

Then, manage the project through its completion, and rest easy knowing that all the project’s files and communications, including every bid that you received, are stored securely on Astorian, ready to be referred back to when a similar project comes up again.
